The BTE-4045 is a billet aluminum TH400 case saver supplied by BTE. The case saver is designed to provide additional support to the weak case structure in the snap ring area. It is CNC machined from billet aluminum and is provide with mounting hardware. The upgrade can only be used with full manual valve bodies that do not use a front band for engine braking. For installation the OE band reaction dowel pin must be removed from the case.
