The HPP-19005K Powerglide billet aluminum high flow filter adapter can be used in conjunction with a 727 Chrysler filter to more than double the filter surface area feeding the glide pump. This kit comes with billet adapter, valve body to adapter gasket, hardware to secure adapter to PG valve body and hardware to secure a large single hole 727 filter to the adapter. This adapter is designed to work with a standard deep aluminum Powerglide pan.
We have seen several different manufactures designs for the filter adapter come through the shop and decided when we designed and started manufacturing our own inhouse adapter we would address the issues we have seen with other brands. We are very pleased with design and hardware package that we put together for the kit. So proud that we engraved it with our HRC (Hanrahan Race Components) branding, so when a customer changes their filter, they can tell who manufactured the piece.
